Born and raised in Delaware, I spent eight years of my childhood as a competitive figure skater and competed at the national level. After getting my undergraduate degree at Yale and law degree at NYU, I graduated from the two-year Meisner training program at the William Esper Studio in New York studying with David Newer, Terry Knickerbocker, and Nancy Mayans.
My acting training also includes scene study classes with Brian McManamon, Caymichael Patten, Andy Gale, and Anthony Abeson as well as on camera classes with Bob Krakower, Heidi Marshall, and Devin Shacket. I've also studied improv comedy extensively at the Upright Citizens Brigade and am a member of Killer Kimchi, a (mostly) Asian American indie improv group.
My family is from Taiwan and China, and I love visiting Taipei every year over the holidays.
